Everything we do is driven by one thing: treating our customers like family. That means you can rely on quality products and exceptional service to keep your home and your family comfortable.
If you don’t have maintenance agreements in place for your home’s heating and cooling systems, it can be hard to tell when you’re in need of a tune-up. In case you’ve been wondering, here’s how you’ll know it’s time to make the call:
1. It’s been six months (or more) since your last maintenance visit. Routine wear and tear happens. Keeping a regular six-month check-up schedule ensures you catch any little issues and prevent them from turning into larger problems.
2. The season is changing. It’s good to get your system prepped and ready for the rigors of whatever season lies ahead. Scorching summer. Frigid winter. Both require extra effort from your home’s HVAC system, so it’s a good idea to ensure it’s ready to handle the stress.
3. There’s a funny noise. Unusual sounds are typically a sign that something is going wrong. Ignoring it may work for a little while, but in almost every scenario the problem is bound to get worse. Don’t wait; get it checked immediately.
4. Your energy bill is spiking. Increased power consumption is a sign your system is struggling. If you've changed your furnace filters regularly but still have unusually high usage, then there’s something else going on. Get it checked out before your system cuts out completely.
